Welcome to The Krill Collective! By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

This site is operated by The Krill Collective, an independent print-on-demand shop creating marine-inspired merchandise. We use Printful, Inc. as our fulfillment and shipping partner. All products are made to order and ship directly from Printful’s facilities.

2. Order Process

All items are printed on demand when you place your order. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in production. Please double-check your sizing, address, and item selection before submitting your purchase.

3. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund through our fulfillment partner.

4. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on your location and Printful’s current production timelines. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days, and shipping may take an additional 5–20 business days depending on the destination. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or global shipping disruptions. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, text, and content are the property of The Krill Collective. Please do not use or reproduce without permission.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is used only to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
